Advertising- Jamie Bassett has been productively getting local business involved in sponsoring tournaments in return for some advertising at the complex. We have also considered naming fields after business that want the recognition. Advertising_Information.doc Rental_Space_Agreement.doc
Revised Winter Batting League- Batting League starts January 7th. We did revisements to the scheduling and added deadlines for team sponsorships. Winter_Batting_Cage_League.doc
Efforts to Raise money for GHSA- A Fashion Show to be arranged by Theresa Quakenbush, as Jamie Bassett has been a great asset to GHSA in all her efforts to get additional funds for the association. If all goes as planned that money will assist our circumstances tremendously in the new year.
Bid with the Borough for remodel on the restrooms in the complex - Jim Richardson has been working on the details in getting GHSA an all new restroom atmosphere at the complex. He also repaired the attic door to the complex and has made it functional as well as prcatical in keeping the expensive heat in the building this year.
Financial Report- GHSA is completely out of funds till season start-up.
